The Deaf man was shot and killed at his own mobile home in Kentucky. It happened at around 1 PM Friday afternoon. His family said that 46-year-old Ralph Spencer lived alone there and that he was a kind person who would never want to do anything to hurt people. Police are still looking for the killer.
